Sales Associates are the backbone of the Bolla Market operation. Bolla Markets and their in-store brands rely on Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service, maintain a clean & organized facility, stock and track inventory, and operate the register. Bolla Market expects our store employees to demonstrate reliability and integrity, greet customers with a smile, and maintain the Bolla Market standard of excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all customers
- Prepare & handle food items in a safe and efficient manner
- Effectively communicate with customers to increase sales & customer loyalty
- Maintain store image and ensure it is up to par with Bolla Market standards
- Effectively and accurately handle cash register to ring up sales
- Perform all standard jobs for the role, including cleaning and sanitizing
- Keep track of inventory and stock merchandise (with proper training)
- Lift up to 25 lbs. of merchandise while stocking store
- 1-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
