Bolla Markets and their in-store food franchises (Burger King, Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, and Red Mango) rely on Team Members to provide outstanding customer service, maintain a clean & organized facility, stock and track inventory, and operate the register. Bolla Market expects our store employees to demonstrate reliability and integrity, greet customers with a smile, and maintain the Bolla Market standard of excellence.

What will you be doing?

• Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all customers
• Prepare & handle food items in a safe and efficient manner
• Effectively communicate with customers to increase sales & customer loyalty
• Maintain store image and ensure it is up to par with Bolla Market standards
• Effectively and accurately handle cash register to ring up sales
• Perform all standard jobs for the role, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Keep track of inventory and stock merchandise (with proper training)
• Lift up to 25 lbs. of merchandise while stocking store

​Qualifications:

• 1-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
